Barry is responsible for managing Advent Surety Partner’s overall operations, strategic direction, partner origination, development and management of the key stakeholder groups, investment, funding and resourcing.
Barry has over 25 years’ experience in Surety, Private Equity, Institutional and Investment Banking. He has held previous roles in Ireland and Australia at Abbey International Finance, Comm Bank of Australia, Macquarie Bank, and E.Y.

Kerri Kane
International Director Kerri is responsible for managing Advent Surety Partner’s risk framework, strategy, key stakeholder relationships and partner origination. She is Chair of Advent’s Credit Committee and a member of the Pipeline & Onboarding Committee. Kerri has over 15 years’ experience in the Surety industry with roles in the US and Ireland. She was a contract surety underwriter at Zurich North America and Liberty Mutual Surety prior to joining Advent Surety Partners.

Belinda Butler
International Manager Belinda is responsible for Advent Surety Partners’ technology solutions, portfolio management, and partner and other key stakeholder relationships. She is Chair of Advent’s Technology Committee and a member of the Pipeline & Onboarding Committee. Belinda has over 15 years’ of experience across the trade credit, banking, fund administration and surety industries. She has held these roles in South Africa and Ireland at Willis Towers Watson, Cinque, Silica, and Absa Bank.

Doris Egil-Schaufelberger

As a consultant for Advent Surety Partners, Doris is responsible for risk management including credit assessments, product reviews, internal audits, and portfolio management. She is a member of Advent’s Credit Committee and contributes to Advent’s Pipeline and Onboarding Committee.
Doris has over 30 years of experience in the surety & CPR industry, spending most of her career in reinsurance as a CSPR Underwriting Manager at SCOR (Converium/Zurich Re). She was active in ICISA for about 20 years, as a member mainly of the surety committee and several working groups. Previously Doris held various roles in Zurich Insurance and Winterthur (AXA).
