John is the Chairman and Director of the Board of Advent Surety Partners. He has been integral in establishing Advent’s strategic direction, corporate governance, and risk framework. He is a member of the Pipeline & Onboarding Committee.
John has been an advisor to a number of insurance and legal organisations including Sinosure, Guy Carpenter, Polyczynski Lawyers and Acques. His previous roles include GM of EFIC, Group GM for Credit/Surety/Political Risks at QBE, CEO of QBE North and South America. John is a former President of ICISA.

Paul is the Founder of Advent Surety Partners. He is also the founder of Advent’s inaugural partner, Advent Risk Management in Ireland. He is a member of Advent’s Credit Committee & Pipeline and Onboarding Committee.
Paul was the Head of Credit at Allianz Ireland and Euler Hermes. He is a former Member of the Board of ICISA.

Adrian is Advent’s Chairman of the Pipeline and Onboarding Committee, responsible for the oversight of approving and onboarding new partners into Advent’s Global Hub network. He provides counsel for the strategic direction and is Advent’s reinsurance advisor for existing and new reinsurance relationships globally.
Adrian is the former MD and Global Head of Surety for Swiss Re Surety business. He is the former President of the Pan-American Surety Association from 2021-2023. He has significant global surety experience across Latin America and Europe particularly.

Frank was the former head of Chubb’s Non American Surety business. He was the Co-Founder of STECIS, a speciality Surety and Credit global training entity. Frank is a former President of ICISA.

Rob is the former Director General of the International Credit Insurance & Surety Association (ICISA), a role he held for 19 years. Prior to this role, he held senior international positions with Atradius.

Lynn was the former President of the Surety and Fidelty Association of America for 22 years. She is a lobbyist with strong connections through North, Central, and South American. She is a frequent international lecturer on the topics of fidelity & surety bonds, antitrust, procurement, and diversity & inclusion.
